Complex Carbs
All of our meals have been created using complex carbs. These help you feel fuller for longer and provide a slower energy release. No spikes or peaks!
Complex carbohydrates contain longer chains of sugar molecules. The body converts sugar molecules into glucose, which is used for energy. As complex carbohydrates have longer chains, they take longer to break down and provide more lasting energy in the body
than simple carbohydrates.
